At Knightly Solutions, we also offer an annual Termite Inspection & Warranty (ATIW) Coverage - Starting at $139, per year. Every year, your home is exposed to termites when the flying form of termites (Swarmers) take off to start new colonies. When we inspect your home, we assess risks to your home, make recommendations to protect your home, minimize the need for chemical treatments and protect your home from future Subterranean Termite activity. Once your home qualifies, we warranty your home so that if activity shows up, we will treat the activity for free.
